Every keepsake is prepared and packed with the same care that went into making it. Here is what to expect from the moment you order to the moment it arrives.
Delivery
Shipping
Once your order is confirmed, delivery takes three to five working days. Each keepsake is hand-packed and dispatched with care, and you will be notified as soon as it is on its way to you.
The Memory Bundle ships free of charge. For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Returns
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters to us. A return or exchange is available if:
- Your order arrives in a damaged condition
- The quality does not meet your expectations
Simply reach out to our care team with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a return or exchange on your behalf.
